Refrigerated Trailer Rental in Spanish Fort, AL

Refrigerated trailer rental in Spanish Fort is usually about staying open. A remodel takes your cooler out for a month, or a walk-in fails during dinner service, and the business still has to trade the whole time either way. Both come down to the same thing. You need somewhere cold that isn’t your kitchen, for a stretch you can put a date on, and you need it without rebuilding anything or shutting the doors while it happens.

Kitchens along the I-10 corridor and around the Eastern Shore Centre get rebuilt, and cold storage is the one part you can’t simply switch off while the work happens. A trailer in the parking lot holds everything the walk-in held, for as long as the job takes.

That turns a shutdown into an inconvenience. The contractors get the room they need, you keep your stock and your covers, and the rental ends when the kitchen comes back rather than running on past it.

When it’s a failure rather than a plan, the decision is simpler. Cooling stops, and the food either gets somewhere cold or it gets thrown out. There’s no third option, and the trailer takes the whole load at once so nothing has to be sorted into what’s worth saving.

Caterers working both sides of the bay use them as staging instead. If the job is bigger than your kitchen, the cold space goes to the job. Rear and side doors mean you load it the way you’d load a walk-in rather than through one narrow opening.

Every trailer is a 16 foot Polar King, cooler or freezer, holding anywhere from 0 to 50 degrees. It runs off a standard 115v 20amp dedicated outlet, and power cords, safety cones and door locks come with it.

Set it above freezing for a cooler, or down to zero for a freezer trailer. Same unit either way.

Daily, weekly and monthly, with a three day minimum. Delivery, setup, pickup and cleaning are priced by location.
