If your cooler is down in Fairhope, refrigerated trailer rental is how you keep what’s in it. A florist the week of Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day has a month’s margin sitting in one box, and there’s nowhere downtown to borrow that much cold space at short notice. A cooler is one of the few things in a shop that fails completely rather than gradually. It works, and then it doesn’t, and everything inside is on a clock from that moment. Getting the space back is the difference between a bad afternoon and a written-off week.
Kitchens on Section Street and Fairhope Avenue have the same exposure with different stock. A walk-in that quits mid-service costs you the food and the night with it, and a repair appointment three days out doesn’t help you tonight.
A trailer gets everything into a cold box in your own lot while the repair happens on its own schedule. You keep trading, you keep your inventory, and the rental ends when your own equipment is back.
Flower shops rent them for the opposite reason. Nothing is broken. There’s simply more stock coming in for one week than the cooler was ever meant to hold, and it has to stay cold until it’s sold rather than while it’s waiting.
Then there’s the third weekend in March. The Arts and Crafts Festival fills downtown, and nobody gets a second walk-in for it. Booked ahead, cold space is one more delivery on a week you’re already planning. Left late, it’s one more thing to worry about in a week that has enough of them.
Every trailer is a 16 foot Polar King, cooler or freezer, holding anywhere from 0 to 50 degrees. It runs off a standard 115v 20amp dedicated outlet, and power cords, safety cones and door locks come with it.
Set it above freezing for a cooler, or down to zero for a freezer trailer. Same unit either way.
Daily, weekly and monthly, with a three day minimum. Delivery, setup, pickup and cleaning are priced by location.
We deliver anywhere in Baldwin County, not just in Fairhope. That includes Point Clear, Montrose, Daphne, Belforest and Silverhill, and everywhere in between. Give us a call and we’ll take it from there.
