Refrigerated Trailer Rental in Pensacola, FL

There's no off season here

Refrigerated trailer rental in Pensacola doesn’t have a slow month. Beach season fills the kitchens from spring through fall, hurricane season overlaps it, and across that many restaurants, grocers and caterers something is always either expanding or breaking. Which means there’s rarely a convenient week for a walk-in to fail, and rarely a quiet stretch to schedule a rebuild into. Whatever you’re solving, you’re solving it while the kitchen is full.

What's in the cooler is what's at stake

When a walk-in fails in the middle of beach season there’s no quiet week to absorb it. A trailer in the lot takes the whole load and you keep serving, which counts for more here than it would somewhere with a real low season to fall back on. If what went down was the freezer rather than the cooler, it’s the same trailer set colder, so you’re not hunting for two different rentals.

Hurricane season is the other half of the year. Staging extra cold space ahead of a storm is how businesses here protect stock they’d otherwise have nowhere to put, and it’s a far calmer phone call than the one made afterwards.

The trailer needs a live outlet to run, so it covers your equipment failing rather than the grid failing. That’s worth knowing while you’re planning around it rather than after you’ve counted on it.

The Blue Angels homecoming in November is the single biggest weekend on the calendar, and the catering that comes with it gets planned months out. Cold space is one of the things worth booking that far ahead, because everyone feeding that crowd needs it in the same week.

What Shows Up

Every trailer is a 16 foot Polar King, cooler or freezer, holding anywhere from 0 to 50 degrees. It runs off a standard 115v 20amp dedicated outlet, and power cords, safety cones and door locks come with it.

Set it above freezing for a cooler, or down to zero for a freezer trailer. Same unit either way.

Daily, weekly and monthly, with a three day minimum. Delivery, setup, pickup and cleaning are priced by location.
